AKL Module 5.5 – The Five Elements of Family: Part 2

📌 Overview
In this lesson, we continue building the family-based leadership model by exploring the developmental process that moves people toward maturity and purpose. You’ll learn why development must take priority over delegation and how intentional growth in identity, community, maturity, responsibility, and destiny creates strong, thriving leaders.

This session challenges leaders to shift from simply delegating tasks to intentionally developing people, equipping them to fulfill their purpose and contribute meaningfully to the mission.

📖 Scripture Focus:
“And He Himself gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service.”

Ephesians 4:11–12 (NASB)
